Mobinnova Elan/Beam shows up on FCC, heading to AT&T

The Win CE powered Mobinnova Elan has shown up on the FCC’s database. The smartbook-class device is set to be sold by AT&T as the Mobinnova Beam likely with a data plan, which may very well mean the device will be free or very cheap at point of sale.
