HTC Leo Messaging

The Leo has a lot of little things the HTC have changed, including the SMS UI, but one thing I’ve only just noticed is that deleting SMSs is a lot easier than it use to be.

Delete SMS

Now if only Outlook could get the same treatment!

Do they have this for the email? I hate having to either select all and then delete or delete them one at a time.

Email doesn't have the HTC UI at all, though there is HTC OutlookEnhancement that gives the "select some" option, so you can go through the list and select only the ones you want and then delete them… Will get a screenshot when I've set up outlook again… :D

I thought there was an email panel for the contacts like with the SMS? also does the full SMS screen looks similar to the contact panel one?

The screenshots above are the full SMS screen…. There's a separate application which lets you jump in to the sms chats rather than going through manila…

For the Email, if you just click on email in manila, you get the standard Outlook version. If you go via a contact, you end up with the same UI as the screenshots, but with emails, and yes you can delete them in the same way.
