Seeqpod Mobile available NOW – get it free for the next 48 hrs!

Seeqpod was supposed to release their Windows Mobile client 2 days ago, but their internet music streaming software seemed to have been slightly delayed.
Nevermind though, as it is here now, and to make up for it Seeqpod is allowing users to download the $9.95 software for free for the next 2 days.
We hope to have a review of the service in the next few hours, but if you want to save $9.95, not to mention stream your music for free ever after, register and download the software for free now by visiting Seepod Mobile here.

The fact that it streams the music – if I did the same search in Opera Mobile for example I could download the music, but I could not stream it directly.
Also it will offer services such as being able to buy the music if you like it (which is of course morally better).

Isn’t this such a common problem – WVGA not supported!!!
When are mobile developers going to get their act together. Can you imagine Desktop developers writing software that would only run 800×600 or 1024×768 but not wsxga. It’s crazy.
Screen resolution should be a fundamental. It should JUST WORK!

I’m so cheap I would download anything that’s free, good or not. Maybe I’ll use it later

Touch Pro (Fuze) user here… I have used the full browser-based version of their service and I just installed to my phone. It is great, except there is one major flaw that I found – when your phone goes in standby mode (power button press) it mutes the music playing. This is probably a function of WinMo, but in the TouchFlo3D player, the music keeps playing when you put the phone in standby. For a media player, this is kind of a deal breaker if you want to have the phone stashed in your pocket while you listen.
