TI’s capacitive screened Windows Mobile smartphone caught on video
Texas Instruments’ capacitive screen smartphone prototype has been caught on video. Engadget complains that the interface is still far from smooth, but TI has said they intend to rectify this before releasing the product, which is more of an evaluation board, onto the market.

Any version of Windows Mobile can be used on a device with a capacitive screen. ODMs simply have chosen not to use capacitive.
