Fingersuite brings finger-friendly UI improvements to Windows Mobile 6.1
FingerSuite replaces standard menu and message box for our windows mobile devices. The resulting menus and alert boxes are much more attractive and also easier to use with your finger.
The improvements are already implemented in HTC’s new TouchFlo3D 2, but will of course not come to our older device.
Usage:
- configure autostart, skins and applications with the new control panel applet.
- If fingermenu or fingermsgbox are visible, tap on left softkey to access service menu (see video demo below).
- Slide right to left anywhere to go to parent menu. Last slide minimizes fingermenu.

some people might like it, but i hate it!
notice almost on every popup menu, u have to SCROLL DOWN to see all the options.
on regular popup menu, it shows everything on 1 screen, u just click on it and go!
on this thing, u have to SCROLL DOWN everytime to get to your menu option.

I bought a WVGA device because of its extra screen space and now I should take a step back and scroll through all the menus again? Then I could also have stayed with my old QVGA device. This app belongs to the “looks good but makes everything crappier”-category.

i disagree, i like this app despite the inability to see all items at once.
AND if you dont like it for a particular app you can Exclude it.

The overall look is inconsistent with the core OS. I’ll pass.

I suck at selecting things, so this works well for me

It works reall well if you give it a go for a couple of days. That’s what I did, and I got pretty used to it.
All that being said, after my latest ROM update, I tried not reinstalling it, and while my speed was up a tick, I do miss the ease with which I could select menu items without having to rely on my trusty DPAD
