Is this Samsung’s Cubic interface?
PhoneArena has tracked down this YouTube video which is meant to represent Samsung’s new Cubic interface, meant to be present on the Samsung Omnia II
The crash at the end is particularly poignant.

That cube is a cool concept, but poorly executed, looks very jittery and hard to control.

The video is from April, the phone will probably be announced on June 15, so this might be an early beta or so.
I’ll probably buy the Omnia II if the leaked specs are true, but I think I won’t use the cube thing.

I seriously doubt this is anywhere near to done in this video. I’d hope Samsung would never release such an unuseable piece of software. That being said, if properly executed this should easily beat TF3D in terms of single handed quick execution usability.

Yea, he missed opening Photo Album; and he accidentally scroll in browsing picture.

Reminds me of the carousels in SPB Mobile Shell; pretty but useless. Tile view’s far more useable.

TF3D still beats out of any interface. I like SPB Shell over this one.
