Even more Samsung Louvre/Omnia Pro glamour shots leaked
According to Connect-utb Samsung slipped up and let the cat out the bag early by placing press shots of their upcoming 5 megapixel Samsung Louvre, also called the Samsung Omnia Pro, on their servers.
They have corrected their mistake, but not before the shots got out, presented here for your enjoyment. Of note is their Today-screen like UI and task-based landscape UI, both of which look pretty tasty. Also striking is how incredibly this the Omnia Pro is for a device with a full QWERTY keyboard.

The processor is listed as 800Mhz, so it’s promising.

. Then again, will this be my next phone, or should I wait for a Tegra power device (htc superstar?)?? so much waiting to do lol

This was going to be my long awaited upgrade from the Kaiser but the lack of a DPAD or a decent set of hardware buttons means ill run like hell .
Seriously who the fuck cares about a headphone jack when it dosnt even have a DPAD FFS .
Talk about a useability nightmare.

I wonder if we will ever get our DPADs back? Or at least trackballs or optical things like samsung uses! PLEASE! Stupid Apple had to make the iPhone without a DPAD. If it wasn’t for that, we would still have DPADs.

The DPAD is dead! A Blackberry/G1-like trackball would be really nice, though…

Maybe, just maybe it has optical mouse like i900 but i would like also to have stylus inside the case instead of dongle.

I’d rather like a thinner phone than a stylus. The stylus is useless, especcially when you can take notes with a qwerty keyboard. I never use a stylus, except for the screen calibration or taking notes.

as a total aside, for those of us reading these great articles on mobile devices, is there a way to make the file sizes of the images used in the recent advirtising as small as possible? also, i tend to get a lot of dead whitespace now after the last ad and the first comment. many thanks and keep up the great work!
