Samsung Omnia 2, Pro priced, dated
The Unwiredview.com has news from Samsung Belgium that not all countries will be waiting for Windows Mobile 6.5 to ship before Samsung’s new range of smartphones come out.
In fact, the device we are all slobbering about, the Samsung Omnia Pro, will be shipping very, very soon, in Belgium that is. The Omnia Pro will be coming out in July for only 499 Euro, which is pretty cheap for such a high-end device.
You have to wait a bit longer for the Omnia 2, which is set to arrive in August for 50 Euro more, at 549 Euro.
While these devices will ship with Windows Mobile 6.1, a free WM 6.5 upgrade is expected soon.

Just amazing!! Samsung does such a great job by now, Im just amazed.. I love the Omnia II, just keep thinking if I’d sell my Touch HD for an Omnia II… Difficult..

Not sure if I missed something, but why would the keyboard-less Omnia 2 cost more than the Omnia 2 Pro??
