First real pictures of the AT&T bound HTC Pure
MobilityDigest have the first real pictures of the HTC Pure, AT&T’s version of the HTC Touch Diamond 2.
Unfortunately the pictures does not bring us much other detail, but at least it confirms the the device retains its 5 megapixel camera, and that orange colour sure looks like Windows Mobile 6.5’s colour scheme to us.

This was going to be a planned impulse buy for me, but this redesign is even more bland than the original, which i eventually warmed up to. i guess the rounded edges make sense from an ergonomics standpoint, i just don't like the overall look.
But… is it just my imagination or on the Pure on the box, is there a round hole at the bottom of the unit? A hole/jack for 3.5mm headphones maybe? Or is it just another "face on the moon"?

Man, I was actually thinking about picking up the Pure to use as my interim phone while my X1 goes in for keyboard repair. However, its a real let down that it looks as if the design looks to be a downgrade from that of the original Diamond 2.
Any idea when this should be released?

WHO takes these pictures? Why don't they ever show the bottom and top of the phones in these spy shots? Its insane! Is there a 3.5mm or not?
