So why would you want this phone if you think it's garbage anyway?
I tell you what, if you can arrange to have Microsoft release the Zune HD in Europe I'll have a word with HTC about getting the HD2 over to the US. Deal?

Doesn't this include AT&T 3G?
GSM: 850/950/1800/1900 MHz
I thought AT&T was migrating its entire 3G network to 850 MHz

maybe all the new cell towers is 850 umts, but the existing 1900umts is still active in San francisco/Oakland, maybe in other states too.
GSM is EDGE

Dose that mean that you ONLY get compass ability with In car Nav stand… i.e. The compase is in the stand… bit lame.
The other HTC Android phone has it, why not put it in flagship Win-mobile range, grrrr.
But apart from that everything is AWSOME!!!

No AussieMatt, you always have compass ability even without In Car Nav stand. This one beats the iPhone 3GS on almost all fronts except as a gaming machine. Gonna buy this one as soon as it gets out.
