T-Mobile UK HTC Touch HD2 only coming November 23rd?

htc_hd2_left_bottom_angled_574pxUnfortunately the HTC HD2 ship date continues to slip away into the distance, with my latest call to T-Mobile customer service revealing the device is now only coming on the 23rd November 2009.

This puts the smartphone perilously close to slipping into December, and leaves me rather sad, as I was hoping for a carrier subsidized version.  WMPoweruser.com is still however expecting an unlocked device from Clove on HTC HD2 Day (11th November), so we should be able to answer all your HTC HD2 questions soon after, but I was really hoping to give my aging Xperia the boot before then.

Oh, thanks for this update, very useful – and disappointing, of course. Will keep an eye on your HD2 page in case of further updates!

Clove are now reporting that stock is due on the 13th :(

Resellers will still give you a contract phone before that. They just give you an unlocked factory fresh unit and a contract. My order is still confirmed for dispatch on 11th with a T-mobile contract.

Sorry for being a bit slow but could you explain exactly what you've done? I'd like to consider all the options before I order anything and I'm not sure I quite follow what you've done. Perhaps you could link to where you have ordered from or what you have ordered? Thank you!

  • Who?:

How come you wrote T-Mobile UK this time instead of just T-Mobile? :)
