HD2 UK release date
Checking my pre-order on Clove, the site now says that the HD2 will arrive 2 days later than they oroginally thought. Damn, that means I won’t get it before my weekend in London when I was hoping to try it out.

With the demand for this device, I suspect HTC stands to make more money up-front off outright sales through the online retailers rather than carriers and has reallocated its first shipment to the retailers. Nov 23 sounds like shipment no. 2, which will include carriers.
E.g. Clove orginally had two shipments coming – the first on the 11th (which sold out on pre-order), the second on the 23rd. Now they just have one big shipment coming in on the 13th.

Got one today from Devicewire. I cancelled my order with Clove because I got one earlier although they are a very good company. then again so are Devicewire and they have them earlier!

After reading Axe comment above I may end up with two of these because I pre ordered. That said Clove have said nothing to me about shipping today so I doubt that is correct. I reckon they just didnt get their stock when they expected.

It arrived on Friday, but my new SIM card that includes internet has been lost in the first class post!

Only thing I do not like of HTC HD2 is it does not do Lanscape viewing. It only does it on album, music and video only. HTC Touch Pro 2 is a excellent phone has it does landscape viewing on all use of the phone. Also HD2 is a virtual keyboard which sucks. They should have put a thin querty keyboard instead just like TP2 has.
