MarketPlaceRegionSwitch given you the whole world’s Marketplace

We have written before about Chainfire’s MarketPlaceRegionSwitch, the app which allows Windows Mobile users from other countries to access the Marketplace from other countries, which often have more apps.

The above video shows the app in action, and it seems to work pretty smoothly.

i heard you can't actually purchase apps (maybe free downloads too) when u switch regions… is this true?
