Asus P565 hits the streets in……India

Remember the ASUS P565? Here at wmpoweruser.com, we have posted about this device before. Now it looks like the “World’s Fastest PDA” boasting an 800 MHz Marvell processor, has been turned loose in India.

We all know the specifications. Leather back, 3MP camera, VGA screen with amazing graphics display, 1300 mAh Li-Ion battery etc..

There is no doubt that this is a powerful handset with a sleek form factor. We just can’t help but wonder when it will be available a bit further in the western part of the world, if ever. Come on Asus, release this bad boy in the U.K. or in America already!

For all that the P565 offers, at approximately $725 USD, the price is definitely palatable, assuming you live in India and can afford it.

Since December ASUS P565 is available in Poland. The price is in about 460 Euro including VAT and shipping.

Phone is very fast, stable and good looking . Better than any HTC. I had HTC Diamond before, the deference is really huge. It is really good smart phone. The CPU in automatic mode is still beating HTC, Omnia and X1 without any problems.

Big Buck Bunny movie with resolution 480p, the same is killing HTC Touch HD (78,30%). ASUS has scored 147,66%!!! in Core Player.
