*Compat view is mode that force browser to render web as IE7 by use the iFrame.
The problems of iFrame must be occur in this mode e.g. can not open some website
such as google.com.

*Compat view is use for read some website that work great in WP7.0 but in 7.1
has something wrong.

know issue of compat view

cannot show the website icon
cannot show current URL on the address bar
some website will error 404
scroll is very slow

other issue

desktop view has some problem about post data
