BeeWi smartphone controlled WIFI toys coming to Windows Phone 8 too

If one were to watch the above video, which basically features a collection of big boy toys controlled by iOS and Android phones and tablets, Windows Phone owners would come away once again feeling left out in the cold.

The good news is however that BeeWi is in fact also working on a Windows Phone 8 remote control client app also, which according to Mashables they are “quite close” to completing.

The coolest of the bunch is the big-wheeled ScaraBee ($149.99) which is controlled via WIFI and features a VGA camera, and the $119  StingBee, which is Bluetooth controlled and allows one to have dog-fights via infra-red laser.
