Best Upcoming Windows Phone 7 Games

In anticipation of the Windows Phone 7 launch, Pocketgamer UK has put together a list of games you should look out for in the Xbox Live Hub. The titles range from popular racing iPhone games (that have been ported), to addictive shooting games. For the most part the titles and screen shots look like decent games, and I cannot wait to see how they will feel like being played on a WP7 device. I also like to point out the graphics looks pretty good for a mobile game, but I guess we time will tell.

I am a serious gamer myself, at this exact moment I am getting ready to hop on my PS3 and play a little MAG. Now looking at the descriptions and screenshots, I can see some potential sales there with OMG, Guitar Hero 5, and Jet car. I cannot say much other than I am excited to see these and other titles that will be part of what is to be the new on the go.

I think they are on the right track in terms of games but one thing that bugs me is all the arcade type games.

Microsoft really missed out in that they could have totally put Android and the iPhone to shame. All they had to do was make a standard set of buttons for games. Like some kind of flush analog stick that could have been used as the Windows button for regular apps and at least a button if not two. They didn't have to look like typical game controls to hinder the look and of the phone but just anything even a concaved windows button that had a capacity sensor so you could control movement with some kind of tactical feel so you know where you are.

Biggest problem with all the iPhone and Android games I've played is anything that requires typical type of game controller intreaction just plan suck. First because you're fingers cover the screen, second because you lose sense of where your finger is on the screen.
