WizTiles for Windows Phone allows you to customize your Live Tiles with a simple app. Also its available from the marketplace, so you need not sideload any app to do the same. More than that its free too ! !

Create any color, use any icon, any picture, and load your own themes to create shortcuts to basic phone applications. Wiztiles support numerous tasks and shortcuts, and more are being added every day. Wiztiles are alive and flip to give you more information about the custom tile you created. Wiztiles can be used as links to your favorite sites or web applications. For example, create a custom YouTube tile to use as a shortcut to m.youtube.com. The possibilities are endless!

How do you change the main theme colour rather than individual tiles??

Not sure what you mean. Do you want to change all tile colors at once? If so, we will add that feature on a later update.

Thank you for responding. I misunderstood the purpose of the application and thought that you might change appearances of any tile on your screen.

I understand what you mean. Unfortunately, Microsoft does not give us that much access to the system. Hopefully, they will open it up for developers, and we’ll be able to apply themes universally throughout the phone.

Gonna give it a try. Is there an option to change the background to a pic as well instead of the boring black and white options
