Pocketnow has recorded this video overview of the FireFox Mobile Fennec browser for Windows Mobile Alpha 3.

The alpha brings faster start-up times, much improved panning, support for a wider range of screen resolutions and a few more features.

opera is slow as hell but looks ok although zooming is clunky at best, skyfire is average and again clunky

Thanks for the video. One thing that's been bugging me lately about your videos though, is all the edits you make. For example in this video, you say let's go to msn.com, then it edits and MSN is fully loaded. If you are having trouble with the software… i think it should be shown on video. Your edits are making it look like you are editing out problems that we should know about. Thanks.

Looks pretty far behind the competition at this stage in terms of general usability although if they accelerate development as to not be left behind they could take the same place as they do on desktops with firefox, that is – 'the browser with add-ons'. A strong advantage.
