The latest WPDev podcast have posted this recorded phone call with carrier sales staff in USA, likely with AT&T, and it continues to demonstrate the tragedy which is the retail experience of customers looking to buy a Windows Phone from carriers, with staff actively steering them away, mostly it seems to Android phones.
With LTE phones almost universally offering extremely poor battery life and therefore a poor experience, it seems carriers care even less about their customers than one would suspect.
Maybe Windows Phone needs LTE urgently after all.
