Hmm, where is the Start button on-screen on the HD Mini? Have they removed it altogether? 6.5.3 looks a lot nicer without it.

But... looking at this video it reminds me how crappy low-resolution screens are. Never bothered me when I had a QVGA Omnia, but now that I'm on WVGA just seeing how squished everything is on the HD Mini makes me want to barf. Also, agreed that the HD in the name makes no sense... why is it HD, merely because it's capacitive? No HD screen, no HD video playback, no HD video recording... misleading marketing BS.

"Of course the HD Mini does run Windows Mobile 6.5.3, and update that will hopefully come to the HD2 at some point."

This from a blog that cooks its own ROMs? Really? The HD2 cannot run 6.5.3 without a carrier or HTC upgrade?

There is no reason to include "HD" in the name of the "HD Mini." The whole reason they used HD was because the Touch HD had a large, high resolution screen. The HD Mini has neither.
