Nokia Innovations, who it appears were a bit ahead of the rumour, has posted some more details about the leaked Nokia Windows Phone 8 handset from this morning.
They finger the device as the Nokia Phi, which they say has a curved screen bigger than the Nokia Lumia 900, has the same polycarbonate uni-body with non-replaceable battery and an external SD card.
The Windows Phone 8 handset will apparently be powered by Qualcomm Dual Core CPU and come with LTE and NFC wireless technologies on board.
Unfortunately they also say the handset will be thicker and heavier than the Nokia Lumia 800, which is not really the direction the market is going at present.
The also revealed that that device will be one of 3 Windows Phone 8 handsets announced by Nokia at Nokia World on the 5th September, and will hit the market in the last week of October.
That’s overall a pretty detailed leak. Do our readers see themselves pocketing this monster? Let us know below.
