LG E900 and LG C900 :Two LG Windows Phone 7 devices revealed in user agent strings
We know LG is a key partner of Microsoft in its Windows Phone 7 push, so it is reassuring to know the company is working on more than one handset running the new OS.
A search through the company’s browser XML database reveals two handsets using the new IE7 browser of Windows Phone 7.
The one handset is the LG E900 and the other the LG C900. Both handsets are GSM and HSDPA, and appear to be devoid of keyboards.
HTC has been a bit more circumspect with their user agent strings, but according to mobitech.mobi have been using a Windows Phone 7 handset on the internet since the 19th May 2010 at least.
Tera-wurfl.com also reveals the SGH i707 by Samsung, which conveniently enough also runs Windows Phone 7.
Of course we do not know anything more about these handsets except their existence itself, but of course even this is useful information in this day and ago, and it is reassuring to see a spread of OEM’s readying devices for the big launch, likely in Q3 2010.

FIrst: afaik is the i707 the old Blackjack from 2007, running an older version of Windows Mobile (just run an Google search and convince yourself
)
Second: the C900 has been known for a few months now (http://tweakers.net/nieuws/66950/lgs-eerste-windows-phone-7-toestel-heet-c900.html), and the E900 was discovered some time later (http://tweakers.net/nieuws/68150/microsoft-windows-phone-7-komt-in-november-naar-nederland.html).
here is also the profile for the HTC Mondrian, rumored to be the first HTC wth WP7: http://tweakimg.net/files/upload/HTC_Mondrian.xml
ps. Maybe you should learn Dutch
– we've known these things (and a lot more) in the Netherlands for quite some time now and it's a shame our English and American colleagues discover it later

Ah, the Toshiba one is new to me! The CEPC is some kind of BSP package, likely not a real phone.
The Toshiba Tsunagi is the Toshiba TG01, which may indicate that the device (possible has a capacitive screen in the TG02) may be upgradable to Windows Phone 7.

i707 is likely the Samsung Taylor test device. I think I saw the name tossed around.
