Mac client for Windows Phone 7 now available

For Mac users tired of conforming, Microsoft has now made available a sync client for Windows Phone 7 devices which will allow Apple computer users to move media to shiny new Windows Phone 7 smartphones.

The software is far from the full Zune experience, reminding more of the spread sheet-like interface of iTunes, and so should be instantly familiar, and as can be seen from the video above does not provide access to Marketplace for Windows phone 7.

The software does allow one to sync music, photos, videos and podcasts from your existing iTunes and iPhoto libraries to your Windows Phone 7 and supports Apple Mac OS X; Apple Mac OS X v. 10.5 Leopard.

GearLive’s video above gives a good run-over of the software in action, which can be downloaded from Microsoft here.
