It had directional security, and there's no reason you couldn't add encryption on top of it. It was fast and didn't require all this time-wasting hand-shaking. The days when people just beamed each other's contact info, or memos, or even simple numbers are gone replaced by bullet-proof BT sync that nobody uses at all. Great replacement. You know IR sync was so much simpler and it worked better. It had directional security, and there's no reason you couldn't add encryption on top of it. This is something that will probably first be shown on the PC and then work it's way to the phone after. Being able to have a group of already synced (paired) devices that then all get automatically paired with the new device you add is great.
