NFC Ring working on a Windows Phone app

Successful Kickstarter project NFC Ring, who raised more than £240,000 for their plan to create a ring with embedded NFC chips, which can be used to unlock Android phones, doors, or launch applications, have posted this video showing their Windows Phone app in action.

The Windows Phone app was one of their stretch goals, and their app is shown being able to read and write to the NFC chip.

Unfortunately the Windows Phone implementation is held back by the need to confirm the NFC tag, although we understand this requirement may be dropped in future versions of Windows Phone.
