Nokia finally gets a corner of Marketplace to call its own

Nokia has been releasing apps to Marketplace, but it has always been a problem knowing exactly what Nokia is offering, and when something new has arrived.

Now Nokia has finally followed the example of all the other OEMs and created their own OEM subsection in Marketplace, where we can see they already have a pretty good collection of significant apps.

The pictures above is from the French Marketplace, I still have to see it pop up on my UK version, but I am sure it is just a matter of time.

Surur, you’re so silly! You never miss an opportunity to try to disparage Nokia Trying to make it sound as if an oem app section is not defacto for all WP oems…Nokia isn’t ‘following’ the example of the other oems – Nokia is the leader, and Microsoft is allowing each oem to have their own app section. And Nokia, the leader and PREMIER partner, may even have their own revenue stream for their apps given that their leading technology/IP affords them the ability to create value add services to the entire WP ecosystem (unlike the other oems).
