Pandora now available to all AT&T Windows Mobile phones

While Pandora has recently been exclusive to the LG Incite, but now it appears, despite the reception page, anyone with a Windows Mobile phone can give it a go. As can be seen from the screenshots above, it likely only works on the AT&T network.

Apparently just by entering your phone number on this page you will have access to the download of this cab (in case you cant get it from there you can download it from here) and have the best internet music streaming service on your phone too.

Unfortunately on AT&T the Pandora is a pay service with a one-day free trial only, but at least you can play it in the background (I know, small consolation).

Can anyone explain to me why iPhone users on AT&T’s network get to use the Pandora app for free, but WinMo users have to pay? Isn’t that phone discrimination? We’re both paying for the data access, but there’s an additional subscription fee on top for non-iPhone users? Wonder if that’s worthy of a class-action lawsuit?

Pandora is not available on the AT&T HTC devices (8025, 8525 etc)

Using my winmo 6.1 and going to the pandora site, clicking on the SMS link that was sent and I get a message saying that my windows mobile device is not supported at this time.

Downloading the cab file. UI has serious problems on winmo. Can’t connect unless you use medianet.

And, as others have pointed out, it’s a limited 1 day trial.
