Sprint Touch Pro launched, available some time next week
The Sprint Touch Pro has now finally been officially launched. The feature-packed smartphone will be priced at $299.99 with a two-year subscriber agreement, after a $100 mail-in-rebate and a $25-or-higher data add-on or Everything plan with data. Customers will be able to purchase the device in select national retailers beginning the week of Oct. 26 and in all Sprint sales channels, including online at www.sprint.com, 1-800-SPRINT1 and Sprint Stores, on Nov. 2.
The smartphone comes with a 1GB microSD card included. In addition to the features available standard in the unlocked GSM Touch Pro, the Sprint HTC Touch Pro will offer direct access to exclusive Sprint content, including live and on-demand programming from Sprint TV® as well as over-the-air song downloads from the Sprint Music StoreSM. TV-out functionality remains supported, meaning users can for example deliver PowerPoint® presentation directly from the Touch Pro.

Is this better than At&t Fuze (besides keyboard differences)?
I would expect them to be more or less the same. There does not seem to be any major differences, but I have observed on the forums that users with the CDMA Touch Diamond are not having as good performance as the GSM devices.
just picked mine up from Best Buy …muahhhh!! nice phone. They weren’t supposed to sell it until Sunday..but I wasn’t complaining.

I grabbed mine last night at an Atlanta Best Buy location. They received four devices and I got one of them. I’ve been studying this thing for months, but it was still smaller than I expected!!
I paid $239.99 plus tax with a two year agreement and a 20% Best Buy Rewards Zone discount. That’s substantially cheaper than if I got it from Sprint directly, plus no rebates to deal with. This thing is sweet!
I got mine from a Best Buy as well! I was lucky to grab one since all the employees were clueless. I’m impressed with the phone and reviews all over the place are good like this one:
