Windows Phone to get Kinect video chat support?

Kinect Video chat coming to Windows Phone 7?

Whether always planned from the start of a recent addition, Project Natal seems to have made a sudden intrusion on Windows Phone 7, with multiple websites claiming the mobile OS will get support for video chat via the new Kinect video chat service, which will also support Microsoft Messenger.

The Xbox 360 Kinect video chat service uniquely allows live content sharing during video chats, including video, and is designed to make video chat more engaging and social.

microsoft definitely should let Windows Live Messenger on Windows Phone support video chat, but I doubt they will at least in the first release. Those people obviously didn't watch the conference, because there was no mention of WP during the video chatting. I hope it comes, but I don't think it will at first. It'll come eventually though… If Microsoft was smart. Not only to make a killer feature on the phone, but it would also get a lot of people using WLM around the world. Every phone has to have a Live ID and MS should just turn it into something like BB Messenger. That's what's keep so many people to BB these days, even when they don't like the rest of what BBOS offers.

According to a post on wmexperts.com WP7 doesn't even have video recording support…… :'(
