Zinio has announced that it is bringing its catalogue of Digital Magazines to Nokia’s WP8 Lumia handsets exclusively.
Zinio’s catalogue includes titles from Hearst, Conde Nast, Future, IPC, Bonnier, Wenner Media, Dennis, Mondadori, and thousands of other magazine brands worldwide in more than 50 languages.
The application is already available for Windows 8 launch across tablets, notebooks and desktops meaning users can now take their reading material on the go.
The app has exclusively Windows Phone features including Windows Phone 8 live tile support, bookmarks, pinning, and more Improved text mode support for easy reading on smartphone screens.
The app also features:
- Reading List – a seamless, up to the minute stream of select articles from trending magazines and full issues from user libraries, available offline and online
- Background downloading – Reading Lists Update automatically while on wireless, fetching new articles and magazines.
- Personalization features – new preference picker allows users to define the article stream in their Reading List by area of interest
